Why Providence is a Great Place to Study Film & Video

Providence could be the best-kept secret in New England. The tiny town is nestled in Rhode Island less than an hour away from Boston, but it has a culture and art scene all its own. This atmosphere has a lot to do with the filmmaking hotbed of Newport close by, but the fresh atmosphere is also generated by the young artists, filmmakers, videographers, and media mavens who make their way to the top-tier art academies located in Providence.
